Loose LeathersLeather skins come in a variety of sizes dependent on the size of the animal. We will always
choose a skin size most appropriate for the job, however, some sizes will work out to be more
economical than others. Skivers (from sheep) are much smaller than cow hides. Minimum Charge: Until further notice please fax us for a quote

Postal ServiceTo save the expense of carriage on furniture for provincial or overseas orders we provide a postal service of loose leathers which has been operating for over 30 years. Loose leather, as the name implies, is the term we use for a leather desk top, prepared to your specifications and posted to you with the instructions (and paste - UK only) necessary to apply the top to your desk. The surface preparation of the desk or table is quite straight forward and can be accomplished with the minimum of tools and some attention to the details given in the accompanying instructions. OrderingLeathers for writing surfaces are ordered by giving the exact sizes, or in the event of a circular or shaped top, a paper template is required. Please fax or mail your requirements to us and we will quote by return. The leathers are finished and tooled to your dimensions plus selvedge for trimming purposes. All orders with instructions for laying, are securely parceled, and insured if requested, against loss or damage. Postage starts at around £2.
