What is an Antique?
The traditional definition of Antique has been applied to anything made
before "1830" or an item that's at least 100 years old. However, since
the 1980's some people have come to define antiques as "anything made before the
outbreak of the 2nd World War i.e pre 1940.
What are Antiquities?
Things that are at least a thousand or more years old can probably be
considered antiquities.
